When we are engaged to 'sell' a business our fees include:

1. An initial FREE verbal valuation.
2. A follow up 'formal' valuation report - paid a fixed fee dependent on the size and type of business (we will provide a free quote).
3. Upon the successful sale of the business, we will obtain a percentage of the selling price just like an estate agent - this can vary from 0.5% to 6% dependent on size, type and location.
