| Two valuations are provided:
- An initial verbal valuation
- based on accounts / forecasts provided to us - There is no cost
here.
- A formal valuation report
- this can vary in price, depending upon the type and size of
business. You will receive a bound report detailing our method
of valuation and the assets & goodwill to be purchased.
When we have been appointed as the business transfer agent, we
will market the business via any or all of the following
methods:
- Local / National Advertising (business name not stated - only
the type, size and approx. UK location.
- Targeting known potential purchasers - again the business name
is not stated.
- Our website offers 'private' access to approved potential purchasers
offering range of businesses for sale.
Note: The only time a prospective
purchaser will be given our clients name and sale memorandum details
is after they have signed a confidentiality agreement and after
our client has given permission.
